Operation Workflow
1단계: 부품 공급
Step 1: Feeding

진동 호퍼에 O-링을 투입합니다. 장비가 자동으로 O-링을 올바른 방향으로 정렬합니다.

Pour O-rings into the vibratory bowl. Machine automatically sorts O-rings.
2단계: 위치 결정
Step 2: Positioning

작업자가 제품(샤프트, 피스톤 등)을 위치 결정 지그에 안착시킵니다.

Operator places product (shaft, piston…) into the positioning fixture.
3단계: 조립
Step 3: Assembling

가볍게 누르면 장비가 자동으로 O-링을 확장하여 홈에 장착합니다.

Press gently, machine automatically expands O-ring and inserts into groove.
