2. Wireless Transmission Method (Plug & Play)

The system uses an integrated “plug and play” receiver that automatically connects to a computer without installing drivers. It simultaneously supports two output platforms for flexible data management:

Text Output (HID): Automatically enters data directly into Excel, Notepad, or internal SOP systems. Long transmission range of 20~50m.
Serial Port (COM) Output: Ideal for engineers to program and integrate with specialized software. Maintains a stable signal within a 10m range.

3. Receiver Mode Setup Guide

Slide the back cover of the USB receiver to access the circuit board.
Toggle the small switch to select the transmission mode (COM or HID).
Plug the receiver into a USB port on the computer.
Press the button on the circuit board for Pairing (automatic connection) with the digital scale.

4. Audible & Visual Alarm Function

The system features built-in Upper limit & Lower limit settings. When an out-of-spec weight is detected, the buzzer sounds to help operators identify errors immediately:

Exceeds Upper Limit: Solid Red light + Audible alarm buzzer.
Below Lower Limit: Solid Yellow light + Audible alarm buzzer.
Within Spec (OK): Solid Green light + No buzzer sound.
