1. Overview of Cleanroom Static Eliminating Dust Collection Chamber

In the production environment of electronic components, optics or medical, static electricity is the main cause of dust adhering firmly to product surfaces, reducing finished product quality. Using ordinary air blow guns only blows dust from one place to another. Static Eliminating Dust Blowing and Suction Cabinet / Chamber (Ionizing Dust Box) was created to completely solve this problem.

The device operates based on a smart dual mechanism: The top air nozzle continuously emits an air stream containing negative and positive ions to neutralize static electricity, removing the dust's adhesion. Immediately, the negative pressure suction fan system below the heat dissipation grid will suck all this dust down into the enclosed collection chamber. Ensuring the operating environment always meets cleanroom standards.

Powerful Suction Fan & Dust Collection Bag

Once detached, dust is drawn through a stainless steel mesh by a powerful negative-pressure centrifugal suction fan. The machine comes equipped with a specialized dust collection bag that is easy to remove for emptying, combined with a sealed system that completely prevents dust from blowing back out.

Gooseneck Ionizing Air Nozzle

Equipped with flexible gooseneck ionizing air nozzles (available in single or dual nozzle options). Users can easily bend and direct the airflow 360 degrees precisely onto the area requiring cleaning.

The entire machine body is constructed from thick, precision-machined stainless steel, ensuring stability and eliminating noise and vibration when the suction fan operates at high capacity.

Thorough Dust-Trapping Water Tray

The transparent acrylic partition allows easy observation of operations. Notably, the device features a dust-trapping water tray in the lower compartment. Heavy dust particles forced down by the suction fan fall directly onto the water surface and are permanently trapped, completely eliminating airborne dust from dispersing back into the cleanroom air.
