HLD-CC99 circuit protective coating Hulida

Capacity 1L
Conformal Coating is a specially formulated fine polymer composite coating material that forms a protective film; once cured, the coating protects circuit boards and related electronic components. The equipment is protected from environmental erosion, thereby enhancing and extending service life while ensuring safety and reliability during use.
In actual operating conditions—such as exposure to chemicals, vibration, high dust, salt spray, high humidity, and other environments—circuit boards may experience issues such as corrosion, softening, deformation, mildew, etc., leading to circuit board failure.
Applied to the surface of the circuit board, Conformal Coating forms a three-proof protective layer (moisture-proof, salt-spray-proof, and mildew/rain-proof). At the same time, it provides insulation, dust-proofing, mud-proofing, anti-corona, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, anti-vulcanization, anti-aging, high and low temperature thermal shock resistance, high temperature and high humidity resistance, and other superior environmental protection properties. It effectively isolates the circuit board and protects the circuitry from erosion and damage in harsh environments, thereby improving circuit board reliability, increasing the safety factor, and ensuring the service life of the circuit board.
Based on chemical composition, it can be divided into six categories: acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, epoxy resin, nano, and water-based. In terms of curing methods, solvent-based curing, room-temperature curing, heat curing, and UV curing are available for selection.
