HLD-496 instant adhesive

The main component of instant adhesive is a-cyanoacrylate, which is a one-component adhesive, low viscosity, transparent, fast curing at room temperature. Also known as quick-drying glue.

Product characteristics:

It has a wide bonding surface and good bonding ability with most materials, and is one of the room temperature curing adhesives. Disadvantages are too fast reaction speed, poor water resistance, high brittleness, low temperature resistance (<70°C), short storage time, and poor durability, so corresponding additives should be added when mixing the glue and it is mainly used for temporary bonding. The main raw material is a specific cyanoacrylate, plus some auxiliary agents such as stabilizers, thickeners, plasticizers, polymerization inhibitors, etc. Moisture should be isolated as far as possible when mixing the glue, and the packaging container should also be small or airtight.
