HLD-352 keo UV HULIDA

Weight : 50g
UV stands for Ultraviolet Rays. Ultraviolet (UV) rays are invisible to the naked eye. They are a part of electromagnetic radiation outside the visible light spectrum, with wavelengths ranging from 10~400 nm.
UV glue, also known as shadowless glue, photosensitive adhesive, or UV-curable adhesive, is a type of adhesive that must be cured using ultraviolet light. Under UV irradiation, photoinitiators (photosensitizers) transition into a solid state. After absorbing UV light, the photoinitiators generate active free radicals or cations, initiating monomer polymerization, cross-linking, and grafting chemical reactions. The bond can be formed within seconds.
Product Features:
1. Fast curing, controllable reaction, solvent-free, non-polluting, suitable for automation.
2. Wide substrate compatibility, high bond strength, suitable for structural bonding across diverse applications.
3. High optical performance, transparent adhesive, light transmittance > 90% after curing.
4. High durability, non-yellowing.
Working Principle:
UV glue solidifies after 1-5 seconds of UV irradiation, and full curing is achieved within 20-30s. Once fully cured, it provides high hardness, meeting the requirements of fully automated assembly lines.
